Caroline Rennie
Spent four years building digital products at Comic Relief before joining felloh as CPO in April 2021. Founding product leader at felloh, translating what travel finance teams need into the roadmap.
The full story.
Caroline started her career at Tribesports — first as Content & Community Assistant, then Content Manager, then CRM & Merchandising Manager. Over three years she helped grow the Tribesports community from 50,000 to 200,000 members in a single 12-month stretch, ran the Kickstarter campaign that hit 398% of its funding target, and built the lifecycle email programme that lifted conversion by 15.6%.
She moved into hands-on product management at Hostmaker.co, the Airbnb host management service, where she ran the pay-as-you-go service experience for hosts — using SQL-driven data analysis, user interviews and feature prioritisation to increase revenue per service by 20% while retaining 80% of the customer base.
Caroline joined Comic Relief in 2016 and spent four years progressing from Senior Product Manager to Product Lead to Head of Product. Her time there spanned the platforms behind national fundraising campaigns and the move to a 90%+ serverless stack — work she later presented at AWS Summit London.
After Comic Relief, Caroline took on a Director role at We Are Serverless — a consultancy specialising in scaling digital systems to national-event level — then did a short stint as Product and Integration Lead at Be the Business, a government-backed productivity organisation, before joining felloh as CPO in April 2021 and becoming the founding product leader of the company.
At felloh she translates what travel finance teams actually need — booking-level evidence, reporting trails, audit-ready workflows — into the product roadmap. She speaks at industry events on travel finance and ATOL renewals, including ABTA's annual Finance Conference.
