Adam Clark
Built payment-integrated, event-scale platforms at Comic Relief and the Cabinet Office before joining felloh. Now leads the technology behind the travel-payments platform trusted by 450+ merchants. Co-founder of We Are Serverless.
The full story.
Adam started his career inside the travel industry — at Iglu.com, the UK's largest independent travel agent for winter sports and cruise holidays. He moved from the sales floor into engineering, building Iglu's internal knowledge-base and statistics platform and rebuilding the Planet Cruise website after Iglu acquired it. That early grounding in how travel businesses actually run shapes how he thinks about felloh's platform today.
He went on to lead engineering at Comic Relief, where he architected the payment-integrated systems that absorbed the brutal peak loads of telethon donations across four major campaigns. Under his leadership the team pioneered the move to a 90%+ serverless stack on AWS, delivering a 93% cost reduction compared with the previous infrastructure.
Alongside felloh, Adam co-founded We Are Serverless — a consultancy that scales digital systems to national-event level. Their work spans the Cabinet Office's Register to Vote service, RTÉ's Toy Show Appeal, Just Giving and Cancer Research, all systems that have to absorb sudden, unpredictable national-scale load without breaking.
He joined felloh as CTO in January 2022. His focus is the platform's payment infrastructure, the booking-level reconciliation engine, and the data model that joins acquirer files, bank arrivals, the booking ledger and the general ledger so finance teams read from one source of truth — and so every figure can drill down to the source transaction.
