About Elliot

The full story.

Elliot's career started in operational roles in Ireland — first an internship as Junior Project Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, then nearly four years as a Store Supervisor at Maxol, the Irish fuel and convenience chain. Those early years built the operational habits that still shape how he runs customer-facing work today.

He joined Fiserv in 2021 — one of the world's largest payments and merchant-acquiring platforms — in Customer Operations. That year inside a global payments company gave him direct visibility into how merchant acquiring actually works: the pricing levers, the underwriting decisions, the risk controls and the day-to-day exception handling most travel merchants never see directly.

Elliot joined felloh in July 2022 as Customer Operations Manager and spent three years building the function from the ground up — customer onboarding, acquirer relationships, day-to-day support and the operational playbook felloh uses to help travel businesses get the best possible commercial terms. He was promoted to Head of Operations in July 2025.

Alongside felloh, Elliot has run Pallas Marketing — a digital marketing consultancy in Tipperary, Ireland — since 2020. That side practice gives him a marketer's lens on customer experience and measurement, which feeds back into how he thinks about felloh's customer operations work.
