What's new at felloh, September and October 2026
Updates — 2026-10-20 — Adam Clark

Here is everything we shipped in September and October, in under two minutes.

ATOL reporting

Every licensable booking you take through felloh now lands in the right quarter, with its passengers counted and the ATOL Protection Contribution worked out. When the quarter closes, the APC return is a download, not a fortnight of spreadsheets.

You will find it under Reporting → APC Reporting: the period, Parts A, B and C, the contribution due, and an export of the workbook.

We wrote about the thinking behind this in Automate ATOL reporting forever.

Quarter locking

Once a return is filed, lock the quarter. Nothing inside it can change afterwards, so the figures you reported are the figures you keep.

ABTOT reporting

If you are bonded with ABTOT, your declaration is in the same place. ABTOT reporting now sits in the main menu beside APC reporting, switched on for each organisation that needs it.

Group payment links

One link for the whole group, and every traveller pays their own way: their deposit, their instalments, their balance. You can see who has paid and who has not, without chasing a lead booker.

More on payment links.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay are now live on the payment page. One tap on a phone, no card to type, and the payment settles like any other.

Authorisation-only scheduled payments

Scheduled payments can now be authorisation only. On the day, the funds are reserved on the customer's card rather than taken, and captured when you are ready.

For developers: API usage

The dashboard has a new Developers tab. API usage shows every call by endpoint, by key and by day, so a runaway polling loop shows up as a spike on a chart, not as a support ticket.

For developers: the webhook playground

Beside it is the webhook playground. Pick an event, see exactly the payload we would send, fire it at your endpoint and read the response, before a real payment ever does.

Full details are in the API documentation.
