This feature allows you to associate your customer’s bank transfer payments to specific bookings, improving efficiency and accuracy.
By using the open banking Account Information Service (AISP), you can link your bank account to Felloh. Once connected, you’ll be able to see all inbound payments to your account in the dashboard’s Bank Deposits tab. You can then match those payments to the relevant booking reference, providing real-time visibility for your sales and accounts teams.
Bank transfers are a cost-effective way for customers to pay, but they often require manual confirmation between teams
This feature allows your frontline sales team to associate payments with booking references, reducing dependency on the finance team to verify receipt of funds
Automating the matching of payments to bookings reduces manual errors and saves time across departments
Bank transfers are definitely the most cost effective way for travel businesses to take customer payments. Unfortunately for your front end sales team and finance team, they also cause manual workload between departments to confirm when customer money has been received. The bank transfer matching feature allows front end sales teams to view the inbound transactions to the bank account and assign the payment to a booking without disturbing your finance team or requiring full bank account and accounting software access. Programmatically assigning bank transfers to bookings reduces manual errors and increases efficiencies.
