NEWS & RESOURCES
We love sharing our travel expertise, so we're always creating new resources to help travel businesses succeed.

We’re raising a glass (Spanish wine, if you ask Will!) to another fantastic year as an AITO Business Partner. From Valladolid’s cobbled streets at the AITO Conference, to paddleboarding on the Thames at the Summer Away Day, to the friendly buzz of the AGM, the Felloh team has loved being part of the community.

1
Automate your manual tasks with AI-powered Software as a Service
You don’t need in-house AI tools to do this, most software providers will be doing the heavy lifting for you
2
Step up your SEO and AI Optimisation (AIO) strategy
Make sure your experiences are easily discoverable in consumer-generated itineraries. If you’ve invested in search engine optimisation (SEO) in the past, a lot of that work will be paying off now, but if not, it’s never too late to tag your images, set meta descriptions and make sure your most important content is machine readable.
3
Experiment cautiously with customer facing AI tools
If you’re not yet using any AI in your business, now is not the time to rip out your search function on your website and replace it with an AI chat bot! As an end consumer you probably know how frustrating it can be to deal with a poorly trained bot. Instead, find a problem you have which is worth solving but not business critical to start learning in a low-risk environment.

As our Founder, Will Bicknell, put it after his first AITO conference:
“It’s always brilliant to get out and connect with the travel family in person - even better while exploring the local sights and squeezing in a cheeky wine tasting.”
This year has been about building connections. We’ve welcomed new AITO members Discover Adventure and Adventurous Ewe into the Felloh fold, while also seeing existing customers like Swords Travel connect with other Tour Operators. For us, that’s the magic of AITO: the right mix of new conversations and long-standing relationships.
Our CPO, Caroline Rennie, summed it up best after the AGM:
Such a great introduction into this passionate, friendly and welcoming group. The energy, the stories, and the willingness to share openly really stood out.
For AITO members, we’re not just another payments provider. We understand the quirks of travel - from deposits and balances to reconciliation headaches - and we’ve built tools that make it simple. With Felloh you get:
We like to think of ourselves as the ones who take care of the boring bits of travel, so you can focus on delivering brilliant adventures.
With more AITO events on the horizon - including the Overseas Conference in Asturias this November - we’re excited to keep learning, sharing, and laughing alongside this inspiring community.
Here’s to another year of collaboration, connection, and keeping travel businesses’ payments as smooth as their customers’ journeys.
