Felloh provides PCI-compliant card processing, partnering with multiple merchant acquirers to offer competitive rates for Visa and Mastercard transactions. You can also choose to accept Amex cards. With real-time transaction data, you’ll see completed transactions instantly in your dashboard.
Card payments can be accepted via payment links, your website, the customer payment portal, or over the phone. With Felloh, payments are automatically reconciled with booking data, and payment status updates are provided in real time. Unlike most payment providers, Felloh doesn’t stop tracking at the merchant acquirer’s success message. Instead, transactions are tracked all the way to your bank account, ensuring full visibility.
Card payments are the most preferred payment method for customers purchasing travel products, especially for credit cards, which account for around two-thirds of travel-related card payments
Customers can spread the cost of their travel over time using credit cards, which also offer protection and easier refunds through chargebacks
Real-time reconciliation with booking data and continuous transaction tracking improves cash flow management and builds trust with customers and merchant acquirers
Card payments are the number one preferred payment method for customers buying travel products. You may wonder why some card processors withhold funds (rolling reserve) or have longer settlement terms (e.g. your cash is deposited multiple days after the transaction). Merchant acquiring banks (the lincensed bank which is ultimately responsible for your business's card payments) will want to review and underwrite your business as in the case of insolvency, the merchant acquirer would be responsible for refunding your customers with unfulfilled travel products. Felloh's platform gives you real time reporting which can build merchant aquirer's trust and confidence in your business.
