When can customers exercise the withdrawal right?

4. Failure to Deliver the Package

If the travel organiser is unable, for reasons within their control, to provide most of the promised services, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Once a request for withdrawal is received, the organiser is obliged to refund all payments made by the consumer without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the contract terminates.
