How to connect your business Bank Account to the Felloh Dashboard

This guide explains how to link your business bank account to Felloh using Open Banking so you can see customer bank transfers directly in your dashboard. This is especially helpful for travel businesses that receive final balance payments via bank transfer. Once connected, finance and frontline sales teams can quickly see who has paid, which saves time and reduces manual chasing.

When your bank account is connected, Felloh displays these bank transfer transactions in the Bank Deposit tab in your Payments section. They are also available via our API, supporting full end-to-end reconciliation. This means you can track both batch settlements from acquirers and individual bank transfers in one place.

Why Connect Your Bank Account?

  • View all customer payments, including bank transfers, in one dashboard
  • Improve visibility and accuracy for finance teams
  • Automate reconciliation and reduce manual checks
  • Save time by cutting down on follow-up between sales and operations teams

6. Confirm the Connection

Once complete, your account will appear under Connected Accounts. Bank transfers will now show in your dashboard in your payments in the Bank Deposits tab.

Which banks can you connect?

Open Banking supports a wide range of banks commonly used by travel businesses, including:

  • High street banks: Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Santander, Nationwide, RBS, Ulster Bank
  • Challenger banks: Monzo, Starling, Revolut, Tide, Wise, Mettle, Virgin Money
  • Other providers: Metro Bank, Coutts, Allied Irish Bank, Danske Bank, and more

This means most UK and EU business accounts can be connected for better transparency.

How this helps with reconciliation

Travel businesses often receive multiple payments in one settlement from their acquirer. Felloh already matches these to bookings using settlement reports. By connecting your bank account, direct customer transfers will also be visible, giving a single view of all payments and improving the accuracy of reconciliation.

FAQs

Is this secure?
Yes. All connections use regulated Open Banking technology and read-only access.

Why is this useful for travel businesses?
Many travel companies still take final balances via bank transfer. Connecting your account makes it easier to see who has paid and avoids unnecessary follow-up.

Can I connect multiple accounts?
Yes. You can link more than one business account if needed.

Is this available through the API?
Yes. Bank transfer data can be accessed through Felloh’s API for reporting and automation.

Will this work on other currency bank accounts and international payments too?
Yes, so long as your bank is available on the Open Banking list, you can connect multiple accounts including USD and EUR accounts under the same connection.

What about moving customers to Open Banking payments?
If you want faster payment confirmation and lower reconciliation effort, encouraging customers to pay using Open Banking instead of manual bank transfers can make a big difference.

Why Consider Open Banking Over Traditional Bank Transfers?

  • Instant payment confirmation
  • Better visibility of who paid and when
  • Lower admin costs for reconciliation
  • Often faster than BACS or CHAPS transfers
