Why This Role Matters
Felloh is profitable, our customers (tour operators and travel agents) love what we do and we now need to hit the gas.
Currently our leads come via referrals by our active partner ecosystem but we are missing a tonne of opportunities and need you to join us to nurture these leads as well as ones generated by our new Marketing Manager plus adding in your own outreach. You will own the following up until you convert them to customers, but you will get masses of support from the team, this will have a direct impact on the bottom line at Felloh.
How You Like to Work
- Ability to figure out what is working and do more of it by working proactively with the team.
- Capable of managing inbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and working with our onboarding team to close the sale.
- Proactively identifying and qualifying potential customers through strategic outreach, using multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, events and professional networks.
- CRM hero - ensuring every potential lead is tracked, followed up, and progressed through the sales pipeline.
- Comfortable with persistent follow-up - we call it "unashamed nagging" - transforming initial interest into confirmed sales opportunities, and continuing to add value to keep prospects involved in later stage discussions.
- Excellent at listening to potential customers, understanding their pain points, and articulating how Felloh's payment solutions solve real business challenges.
- Understand the complexities of a longer B2B sales cycle
Objectives and Results
- Your primary objective is to close sales and hit targets.
- Increase the number of qualified leads that convert into paying Felloh customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent progression and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze every stage of the sales process, providing crystal-clear metrics and reports that allow us to measure conversion rates, sales efficiency, and return on investment (ROI).
Working with the Team
- You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Marketing Manager to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Provide regular insights and feedback to help improve the product, identifying opportunities within our target audience.
- Support the development of sales collateral and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience with outbound messaging through multiple channels, preferably B2B
- Commercial nous and able to take rejection from prospects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work remotely
- Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience with sales outreach and lead generation techniques.
- Experience using a CRM platform
- Experience with fintech, payments or travel industry
Compensation Package
💰 Base salary £50,000 + commission based on number of qualified meetings booked, and on closed deals.
