Your day-to-day
You will be raising travel industry awareness and generating leads for Felloh. You will be responsible for website content, sales collateral, in-person events and overall marketing strategy. Our product’s target audience is finance and operations teams within larger tour operators or travel agencies and business leaders in SME travel businesses. Our goal is to make their payments and compliance easier. We need a marketeer who has the ability to handle both basic groundwork marketing and isn’t afraid to try new approaches and understands how to measure success.

- Translating the complexity of our product into value propositions to targeted audiences - we need to catch our audience’s attention with simple, effective communication.
- Outgoing and always looking for new ways to build brand awareness through experimentation with content, events, networking, advertising etc. to find what works best with our target customers.
- Taking ownership of budget management and prioritisation of marketing spend - knowing what to roll the dice on, where to double down and when you cut your losses.
- Comfortable writing copy, creating graphics and testing ideas before committing to external resources.
- Full ownership of your processes with laser-focus on better outcomes - bring your toolset of choice or adapt to what we already use, whatever will help you reach your objectives.
- Working in a fintech startup means we work quickly and seek to make the unknown, known - the ability to approach every challenge with the optimism it deserves and feeling comfortable with change is essential to enjoying this role.
Objectives and results
- Your main objective is to increase inbound sales enquiries from relevant travel businesses.
Working with the team
- You will report directly to the CPO and work closely to develop product marketing strategy to increase awareness within the travel industry.
- You will design and manage the marketing function as we grow, bringing in the talent you need to serve our customers.
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining brand guidelines, giving the team clarity about who we are as a brand.
- Support the onboarding team with collateral that reinforce Felloh's value and improve customer experience.
- You will work with the COO to manage the budget, and the CEO to tap his industry connections.
Skills
- Excellent understanding of B2B software marketing.
- Experience creating and delivering marketing strategies.
- Experience with Organic and Paid Marketing.
- Competency with CRM and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively through digital tools.
- Experience of Multi-channel content creation and curation.
- Understanding of Lead Conversion strategies and automation is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in travel or fintech would be desirable but not essential.

💰 Salary. £50K pro-rata (part time, equivalent to 3 days a week or 5 days term time only)
