// 02 — Portability
01

API-first when needed

Use APIs and webhooks to connect payments, bookings and downstream finance systems.

02

Manual-friendly when useful

Start with payment links or uploaded references before investing in deeper automation.

03

Designed for finance control

Keep the payment evidence available for reporting, support questions and operational follow-up.

04

Future-proof by design

Keep the identifier your team trusts at the centre, so receipts, payouts and exceptions trace back across changing systems.

Questions on integrations.

// 03 — FAQ

Does felloh replace our booking system?

No. Your booking system stays the operational record. felloh handles payment collection, receipting, settlement evidence and finance workflows around it, and writes payment status back to the booking workflow.

What if our system is not listed?

felloh is API-first: APIs and webhooks connect payments, bookings and downstream finance systems. Teams can also start manually — payment links or uploaded references — and move to deeper integration as the value becomes clear.

How do payment receipts get back into our booking workflow?

Payment status and receipts are returned to the booking workflow automatically, so operations teams see paid, pending and failed states where they already work, while settlement and reporting evidence is retained for finance.
