Biography.

// 02 — Background

Will started his career in publishing — first as Marketing Manager at Marshall Cavendish, then setting up his own publishing business (WillMark Publishing) in Poland and the Czech Republic, licensing titles like Teletubbies and Bob the Builder and launching a new magazine for the central-European family market.

He co-founded Chillisauce in 2002 with two university friends and ran it as Commercial Director for 11 years, scaling it from a startup to over 90 employees and into the top 10 largest events agencies in the UK — winning awards for creative event of the year and product launch of the year along the way.

After Chillisauce, Will founded Epic Experiences (creating marketing events for Nissan, ITV and Zendesk), then pivoted into fintech and consumer technology. As CEO of Carsift he led the team that won the BNP Paribas International Hackathon and the Startup of the Year award in 2017, before joining Oakbrook Finance as Chief Innovation Officer.

Will founded felloh in April 2020 — bringing together everything from the events-agency scale-up experience to the consumer-fintech work — to give travel businesses the connected financial picture he'd seen them struggle without for years. Alongside felloh he serves as a board member at Travel by B Corp and as an industry member on the Civil Aviation Authority's ATIPAC committee, which advises the Secretary of State for Transport on financial protection for air travellers.
